Why is it different from other braces?
The PFLEXX® Strength & Support Brace uses spring technology to stabilise the joint while strengthening the muscles around the knee.
Why is that different?
Traditional knee braces support the joint, but can cause the muscles to be used less over time and become weaker, so the knee can end up less supported over time.
More than support.
The high-compression sleeve regulates temperature and boosts circulation to help reduce fatigue.
Designed for long term strength, not just temporary support.
Why Pflexx is better...
Traditional braces and sleeves take pressure off the joint, which feels good, but only while you wear them.

When Can It Be Used?
It can be worn anytime: during day-to-day activities or when exercising. Almost everyone can benefit from building the muscles around their knee.
It can be used:
- Everyday walking and stairs
- On your feet at work
- Exercise and sport
- Building leg strength over time
Your Path to Stronger, Steadier Knees
Our spring-powered knee brace features a dynamic resistance system that works with your body to reduce joint pressure and rebuild strength as you move.
Unlike stiff, restrictive braces, Pflexx is designed to move naturally with your knee, helping you move more easily, improve mobility, and build strength over time. Whether you’re walking, working, or getting back to activity, our biomechanics-backed design supports better movement with every step.
3 Levels of Resistance
Each order includes 3 different strength springs
- White: 3.5kg of Resistance
- Yellow: 5kg of Resistance
- Black: 7.5kg of Resistance
They are interchangable depending on the level of support and resistance needed.
Every step up and down asks a lot of your knee. The sleeve keeps it supported, while the springs add light resistance each time your knee bends and straightens, so your thigh muscles do more of the work on every flight.
Getting up from a chair, the sofa or the car should not need a push off the armrest. The springs store energy as your knee bends and give a little back as you straighten, and over time the resistance helps build the leg strength that makes standing easier.
Whether it's the dog walk, the shops or a day out, Pflexx works the whole way round. The springs turn every stride into light resistance for your legs, and the breathable sleeve stays put without sliding or bunching.
Long shifts, standing all day, up and down ladders or stairs: you can't always rest your knee. Pflexx is slim enough to wear under work trousers and comfortable enough for a full day, supporting your knee while your muscles keep working.
If your knee feels like it might give way, you want to feel supported. The compression sleeve helps your knee feel steadier straight away, and the springs work the muscles around it, which are what help hold the joint steady.
Golf, gardening, the gym or a weekend walk: Pflexx is designed for getting back to what you enjoy. Start on the lighter white springs, then move up to yellow and black as you build strength, all in the same brace.
The Pflexx Strength & Support Brace is ideal for runners looking to strengthen their knees, improve stability, and reduce the risk of injury. Its spring resistance technology activates key muscles like the quads and hamstrings with every stride, helping to support the joint and absorb impact. The compression sleeve boosts circulation, reduces fatigue, and aids recovery — making it perfect for both training and rehabilitation from running-related knee pain.
The Pflexx® Knee Trainer supports cyclists by strengthening the muscles that power and stabilise the knee during pedalling. Its built-in spring resistance engages the quads, hamstrings, and calves to promote balanced muscle activation and reduce joint strain. The compression sleeve improves circulation and helps prevent fatigue, making it ideal for both long rides and recovery from cycling-related knee issues like patellofemoral pain or overuse injuries.
The Pflexx® Knee Trainer is perfect for gym-goers looking to build strength, stability, and confidence during workouts. Its spring-loaded resistance activates key muscles around the knee — including the quads, hamstrings, and calves — during functional movements like squats, lunges, and leg presses. This helps support proper joint alignment, reduce injury risk, and enhance performance, while the compression sleeve boosts circulation and speeds up recovery between sessions.
The Pflexx® Knee Trainer is a great companion for hiking and trail running, where uneven terrain and prolonged activity can put extra stress on the knees. Its spring resistance strengthens the supporting muscles as you move, improving joint stability and reducing fatigue on long climbs or descents. The compression sleeve helps boost circulation and manage swelling, making it ideal for preventing injury and supporting recovery in demanding outdoor conditions.
The Pflexx® Knee Trainer supports horse riders by strengthening the muscles that stabilise the knee during riding, helping improve balance, control, and joint alignment in the saddle. The spring resistance activates key muscle groups with each movement, while the compression sleeve enhances circulation and reduces fatigue — especially useful during long rides or repetitive training. It’s ideal for managing knee pain, improving stability, and supporting recovery without restricting mobility.
