How Does It Work?
The Pflexx® Compression Knee Trainer uses spring technology to stabilise the knee while strengthening the muscle around the knee at the same time.
Its high-compression sleeve regulates temperature and boosts circulation to reduce fatigue and speed up recovery.
Designed to aid full recovery, not a temporary fix.
Why Are We Different?
Traditional knee braces and compression sleeves don't fix the problem! They help to take pressure off the joint but don't help to build the muscle around the knee which will allow full recovery in the long term!

Your Path to Stronger, Pain-Free Knees Starts Here
Traditional knee braces offer passive support—but they don’t help you heal. Our spring-powered knee brace features a dynamic resistance system that works with your body to reduce joint pressure and rebuild strength as you move.
Unlike stiff, restrictive braces, Pflexx is designed to move naturally with your knee, helping relieve pain, improve mobility, and promote long-term recovery. Whether you’re walking, working, or getting back to activity, our biomechanics-backed design supports better movement with every step.

3 Levels of Resistance
Each order includes 3 different strength springs
- White: 3.5kg of Resistance
- Yellow: 5kg of Resistance
- Black: 7.5kg of Resistance
They are interchangable depending on the level of support and resistance needed.
The Pflexx knee brace can help arthritis sufferers by actively off‑loading pressure from the joint each time you take a step. Its built‑in springs absorb and redistribute weight, reducing the forces that drive pain and cartilage wear. At the same time, the gentle resistance engages surrounding muscles—improving strength and joint stability, which helps protect your knee over the long term.
The Pflexx knee brace can help with meniscus injuries by reducing strain on the knee joint and supporting the healing process. The built-in spring resistance absorbs impact and helps offload pressure from the meniscus during walking or movement — which can relieve pain and prevent further damage.
Unlike traditional braces that simply hold the joint in place, Pflexx also helps activate and strengthen the muscles around the knee, improving stability and reducing the risk of re-injury. Whether you’re recovering from a tear or managing long-term meniscus wear, Pflexx supports your recovery while keeping you mobile and active.
The Pflexx® Knee Trainer helps support and strengthen the knee during recovery from collateral ligament injuries (MCL or LCL) by engaging the surrounding muscles through built-in spring resistance. This active movement improves joint stability, reduces strain on the ligaments, and promotes faster healing. The compression sleeve also boosts circulation, helping reduce inflammation and support recovery without restricting natural motion.
The Pflexx® Knee Trainer is designed to improve knee stability by strengthening the muscles that support the joint. Its built-in spring resistance activates the quads, hamstrings, and calves during everyday movement, helping to stabilise the knee from all angles. Unlike rigid braces that limit mobility, Pflexx promotes controlled, natural movement while boosting circulation to aid recovery — making it ideal for managing and improving knee instability over time.
The Pflexx® Knee Trainer supports recovery from hamstring sprains by engaging the muscle safely through low-impact, functional resistance during movement. The built-in springs provide gentle resistance that helps rebuild strength in the hamstrings without overloading the injury. Combined with targeted compression to reduce fatigue and improve circulation, Pflexx promotes active recovery while allowing natural movement — ideal for returning to full strength gradually and safely.
The Pflexx® Knee Trainer helps manage Patellofemoral Pain by strengthening the muscles that control kneecap tracking, particularly the quads and surrounding stabilisers. The spring resistance activates these muscles during normal movement, helping improve alignment and reduce pressure on the kneecap. The compression sleeve also enhances circulation and reduces inflammation, supporting pain relief and long-term recovery without restricting mobility.
The Pflexx® Knee Trainer supports recovery from knee swelling by promoting circulation through targeted compression and controlled movement. The high-compression sleeve helps reduce fluid build-up and inflammation, while the spring resistance encourages gentle muscle activation without overloading the joint. This combination aids in reducing stiffness, improving mobility, and accelerating the natural healing process — all while allowing safe, everyday use.
The Pflexx® Knee Trainer aids ACL recovery by strengthening the muscles that support and stabilise the knee, including the quads, hamstrings, and calves. Its built-in spring resistance activates these muscles during everyday movement, helping to restore balance and control around the joint. The compression sleeve reduces swelling and boosts circulation, while the brace’s flexible design allows safe, natural movement — ideal for rebuilding strength post-ACL injury or surgery without over-relying on passive support.
